1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by Flo Acupuncture (“the Clinic”) to its clients. By booking and attending any appointment, clients agree to these terms.

2. Free Initial Telephone Consultation
All new clients are required to book a free 15-minute telephone consultation before scheduling an appointment at the Clinic. This consultation is designed to assess the client’s suitability for treatment and to address any preliminary questions.

3. Appointment Bookings

• The first in-clinic session is two hours long and is priced at £95.
• Payment for this session can be made via bank transfer or in cash. Payment details for bank transfers will be provided upon booking.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to qualify for a full refund if the session has been paid in advance.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund.
• Rescheduling requests must also be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid incurring a cancellation fee.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of the session unless otherwise agreed.
• Payments made via bank transfer must be completed and confirmed prior to the appointment date.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate and complete health information during the initial consultation and at subsequent appointments.
• Clients are advised to arrive on time for their appointment to ensure the full duration of the session can be utilised.

7. Liability
The Clinic will take all reasonable steps to ensure safe and professional service delivery. However, Flo Acupuncture cannot be held liable for any unforeseen reactions or outcomes resulting from treatment.

8. Amendments
Flo Acupuncture reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
